Returns

KAB Defense LLC wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please see our return guidelines below.

Firearms

Any order for a firearm that is cancelled before it ships will incur a 15% restocking fee. For firearms that have shipped to your local FFL dealer, you must inspect the firearm prior to final transfer to you within 3 business days of delivery to your local FFL dealer. We accept returns on shipped firearms (RMA is required, see below) subject to a 20% restocking fee as long as the firearm is unused, undamaged, all shipped components are present and in the original packaging. All sales are final once transferred to you or 3 business days after delivery to your local FFL dealer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for any return shipping charges. Refunds will only be processed after KAB Defense LLC has received and inspected the firearm (see refunds below).

Components

Components may be returned within 10 business days of delivery as long as they are unused, in the same condition they were received, and in the original packaging. Components that show any sign of use or wear may not be returned. KAB Defense LLC has sole discretion to determine what constitutes use or wear. All component returns (RMA is required, see below) are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will only be processed after KAB Defense LLC has received and inspected the component(s) (see refunds below).

Gunsmithing

Gunsmithing sales are final. KAB Defense will not accept returns on gunsmithing work of any kind.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on components only. Components may be exchanged within 10 business days of delivery as long as they are unused, in the same condition they were received, and in the original packaging. Components that show any sign of use or wear may not be exchanged. KAB Defense LLC has sole discretion to determine what constitutes use or wear. All component exchanges (RMA is required, see below) are not subject to a restocking fee. Exchanges will only be processed after KAB Defense LLC has received and inspected the component(s), and you are responsible for any return shipping charges.

How to return products for refund or exchange

If you need to return a KAB Defense LLC product for warranty repair or replacement please email returns@kabdefense.com and include the following information in your email:

Your Name
Your Phone Number
What KAB Defense product(s) are you needing to return or exchange
A brief description of the reason for the return or exchange

A KAB Defense LLC representative will contact you to discuss the issue and will email you a RMA (Return Material Authorization) with shipping instructions. Once we receive your product we will contact you to process your return or exchange as quickly as possible. Shipping charges to KAB Defense LLC will be your responsibility. If your product does not meet our return criteria stated above, we will ship the product back to you prepaid at your expense.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and approve the product(s) for refund.
